Changes in the Appointments of Directors/Secretary.

Changes can include termination or resignation, appointment, or a change in personal details, of  secretaries. We will also prepare the necessary resignation letters with compensation for loss of office protection.

From 1 October 2009, Secretaries can now take advantage of using a service address instead of their usual residential address. Companies House will no longer need details of the usual residential address of a Company Secretary. Therefore, the Service address could become the registered office address for example.

On 1 October 2009, Companies House will treat the existing residential address as the service address. So, if you want to take advantage of the confidentiality of using another address as the service address, then we can help you do this.
