Annual Return service

We will complete your Annual Return for you every year.

Every company (including dormant and non-trading) is required to complete and submit an Annual Return to Companies House for changes in Directors and Shareholders.

This ensures that the details held at Companies House are complete and up to date.

The Annual Return has to be filed within a fixed time limit and, of course, we will manage this deadline for you to ensure that the risk of late filing penalties are minimised.

The fee includes the Companies House filing fee of £15.
